Infections with Botrytis appear as tan-coloured spots or flecks and causes significant quality reduction. Flowers are at risk at any stage of the process as the spores of Botrytis, which cannot be detected by the human eye, are everywhere in the ambient air.

How it works
Cold rooms and other places of storage of flowers must be as sterile as possible and should be disinfected without disturbing the production process before flowers and plants are stored. A disinfected environment will prevent bacteria growth on cut flowers. 

An ultrasonic ABF humidifier produces a dry fog generated from ABF liquid, a chemically activated biocide formula. The area is quickly filled with this fog that penetrates everything and kills botrytis. 

ABF liquid and fog are environmentally friendly and biodegradable. Although harmless to humans, there is no direct contact with the ABF liquid or fog during treatment.

The technology is reliable and requires low maintenance. It will disinfect cold rooms, ventilators, walls and ceiling of cold rooms, storage rooms etc.
